Roof panels

ISOTEC PANEL
Isotec is the roof insulation system designed to enhance thermal resistance, increase living comfort and achieve greater energy savings.
The Isotec polyurethane panel is covered with an embossed aluminium sheet and is made load-bearing by an integrated steel stiffener. This stiffener, hot-dip coated with an aluminium-zinc-silicon alloy, is ribbed and slotted to provide the panel with static resistance. It also acts as a support for the roof covering, optimising under-roof ventilation and directing any accidental water infiltrations toward the eaves.
Isotec thicknesses
Isotec panel is available inthe following thicknesses:
60 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm e 120 mm.
60 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm e 120 mm.
AStandard variable sizes from 280 to 420 mm. Reduced pitch (180 to 279 mm) and enlarged versions (from 690 mm) are also available.
BFixed size 3,900 mm.
The Isotec panel is made of self-extinguishing rigid polyurethane foam.
The Isotec panel is clad on both sides with embossed aluminium sheet.
ISOTEC STIFFENER HEIGHT: 30 mm
The Isotec panel is made load-bearing by a 30 mm-high slotted steel stiffener coated with an aluminium zinc-silicon alloy.

The transverse ends of the panel are cut into a dovetail shape to ensure continuous insulation.

The Isotec panel is shaped with opposing battens that allow the panels to interlock seamlessly, thus eliminating the risk of thermal bridges.

ISOTEC XL PANEL
The Isotec XL version differs from the standard panel by featuring a 4 cm high stiffener, which ensures ventilation of the roof equivalent to more than 200 cm2/m of eaves.
In summer, the uniform flow of air from the eaves to the ridge improves thermo-hygrometric conditions by dissipating the heat transmitted through the roof covering, thus extending the lifespan of its components. In winter, the convective motion helps eliminate humidity and prevents the formation of mould and condensation. Isotec XL securely holds the tiles in place and can be walked on, even in the presence of very steep pitches.
